Meeting Notice

The Annual Meeting of the members of Southwest Mutual Insurance Company will be held:

Tuesday, October 28, 2025

New Salem City Auditorium

400 Main Avenue, New Salem, ND 58563

Supper: 6:30 p.m. CDT

Meeting: 7:00 p.m. CDT

The terms of office held by Director Marcus Erhardt and Director Kelli Mattern will expire. Anyone interested in the director positions should contact the Southwest Mutual office for Nominating Committee information. Please contact the office in New Salem at 701-843-7640 if you have any questions. Children are welcome. We will have Door Prizes.

We have proxy voting available for anyone unable to attend the meeting. Please complete and return the Proxy vote or Absentee ballot on the back of this notice. You may return your vote by mail to the address above or by email to info@southwestmutualins.com. Your participation in the vote is greatly appreciated.
